Shipping and Returns Policy

  1. To ensure safe and fast delivery of orders, we only ship via reputed courier or logistic partners. Usually, ships with Bluedart / Delhivery, if the service of them is not available in the destination Pincode it will be shipped via EMS Speed post or any other couriers recommended by the user.
  2. We usually try to ship all items placed in a single order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability. However, we will inform the user
  3. User can always track the shipment from the tracking link in the order section or with tracking number provided via SMS or Whatsapp or Email
  4. All items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price with tax amount as per Indian Tax Regulations
  5. We ship all orders placed before 2.30 pm on the same day or maximum on the next working day
  6. The estimated delivery time is provided by the logistic partner. Every company has its own transit system and delivery time. Its completely beyond our control but we will in touch with them for any assistance requested by the user
  7. Synco Audio India or subsidiaries will not be responsible for orders with the wrong shipping address or communication address provided during checkout.

We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to SYNCO AUDIO INDIA  within 3 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions and exclusions below.

If your original item included free items, you must return all associated items for a full refund; the retail value of any free items you keep will be deducted from your reimbursement total.

You may initiate a return or exchange by contacting our WhatsApp support line and getting an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. 

Once you get the RMA code, place your item back into the original manufacturer’s packaging. Then place it and your invoice into an outer shipping box. Be sure to pack it properly so your item won’t get damaged. Ship Your Item with Return Label, securely affix your return label to the outside of the shipping package. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. We cannot be responsible for lost packages.

  1. Products purchased at can be returned within 3 days upon receipt of the product with. a valid. The product has to be in unopened-factory condition. We will initiate the refund process for ” Free refund Policy stated in sales policy ” after receiving the product.
  2. We will offer you an exchange if there are any quality issues with the product, the customer has to inform us within 2 days from the date of the arrival. If an exchange unit is not available we will arrange a full refund.
  3. We would not provide a refund or exchange for any product issues caused by customers
  4. Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on

Eligibility Conditions

Please read the conditions below. If all conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee.

  1. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code), and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, accompanying free items, and accessories.
  2. The retail value of any free items you keep will be deducted from your reimbursement total. We can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
  3. Any product noticed as “Received in Physically Damaged Condition” , “Damage upon Delivery” or “Missing Accessories/Items in Box” has to be reported within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement. Any issues reported after 24 hours will not be accepted.
  4. All items considered for refund or exchange must be returned in “as new” condition, free of visible marks, scratches or man-made alterations.  After 3 days, all merchandise is considered used and may be considered for re-trade-in purposes only. All returns are subject to inspection and return approval by our management.
  5. All items to be returned must be in their original condition along with the following: Original Order Invoice, Original packaging with labels, user manuals, and warranty card 
  6. The serial number of the product being returned should match our system
  7. Any accessories/components, combo or bundle products, or freebies you received with the purchase
  8. Any back-ordered product which is specially arranged for the customer is not refundable. 

Return will be processed only if:

  1. It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession. 
  2. the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
  3. the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card, and all the accessories therein).
  4. If you wish to return an electronic device that stores any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning. We shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.
  5. Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer’s remorse such as incorrect model or colour of the product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
  6. Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned. Even though you’ve received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us on the same day of the delivery of the product. ( Replacement parts / electronic spares will not be eligible for return

Refunds and Payments

When we receive your return package, we examine the entire product. The entire product examination will be recorded from the package unboxing, to avoid claims between airytek and the customer. Once the refund is approved the amount will be refunded to you by the original method of payment.

Limited Liability

SYNCO AUDIO INDIA is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. SYNCO AUDIO INDIA is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only. Also, claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
